So with a few hours work I managed to get the original appearance of the theme by creating a few themed widgets. I’m using a customized Search, Category, Archive, and Meta widget until I can figure a slicker way to implement it.

I use a custom Meta widget but for the most part all the widgets I dropped in the bar appeared fine.

Download: WordPress Theme: Head (widget-ready)

Extract the files to your wp-content\themes folder.
